Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time:
All Love Coco candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. We currently ship within the U.S. & Canada only.

Delivery Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us. We’re happy to work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your Love Coco candles, but we understand that things happen.

 - We accept returns on unused, unopened items only.

 - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on non-damaged items.

 - Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at lovecococandlestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important: We only provide a prepaid return label if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. All other return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or burned candles.
